Laser Services warrants each of it’s own branded products to be of a Total Quality Performance standard product, free of defects in both materials, components and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Laser Services cartridges have been manufactured under stringent quality control procedures using new and recycled components assuring total quality print performance.
Laser Services will replace the cartridge for another if proven that the fault can be contributed to poor workmanship or failure of components within the unit.
Laser Services also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use (including operation of printer equipment within specifications) our own printer cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any laser printer.
In the unlikely event that one of our cartridges causes a printer to fail or unacceptable print performance, one of our own fully qualified service engineers will clean, service and repair your printer free of charge.
This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing us with satisfactory evidence, supported by prints from the printer cartridge to be returned that the printer failure was due to a defect in our cartridge alone. It must include a written statement on the company’s letterhead, dated and signed by a company representative.
As a member of UKCRA (United Kingdom Cartridge Remanufacturers Association) we have to adhere to their stringent guidelines.
